Terms of service
Last updated 15 October 2026. Please read these terms before using Uptiscan.
1. The service
Uptiscan monitors websites you add and reports on their availability, performance, SEO and security, by web dashboard, email and Telegram. It is provided as-is on a best-effort basis. Monitoring is a tool to help you notice problems; it does not guarantee that you will be alerted to every incident, and we are not liable for downtime, lost revenue or other losses resulting from an alert that was missed or delayed.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. You must provide a real email address, be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and only add websites that you own or are authorised to monitor.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe other people's systems, to monitor sites you are not permitted to monitor, to resell the service without agreement, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are bought as 30-day passes and never renew automatically. When a pass ends you move to the Free plan and websites beyond its limit are paused, not deleted. Free trials and bonus days have no cash value. Payments are processed by third-party providers and are generally non-refundable once a plan is active; contact us if something went wrong and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
5. Data
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You keep ownership of your data; you give us permission to process it to provide the service.
6. Changes and ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may change these terms or the service; if a change is significant we will tell you in advance by email or in the app. If we stop the service we will give reasonable notice.
